A new fashion statement

The camper my mom bought a couple of weeks ago is a sportman’s edition, this means it is the same as any otherĀ  camper except inside it has some sort of gun cabinet instead of a plain one and it also has camo accents in the interior. This is a fact we both find hilarious since it s so out of the realm of this household, but it was a good buy and one my mom just couldn’t pass. Now I have never been a fan of the camo look. To me it represents organized violence which leads me to thinking of soldiers invading innocent countries which leads me to dwelling on the Bush administration which leaves me feeling anxious and itchy, so as a general rule I have never allowed anything camo in the house. However, this week I am changing my tune ever so slightly. Tonight I found these pants which I think are an absolute must have for when we are camping, and for Devon I found these cuties. The camo bikini is a bit too trashy for Cassidy so I might steer her in a different direction. I even found some Tall T shirts for Loren’s shirt/dress needs. We are headed in a super classy direction here, I might even have to feature it on next year’s Christmas card.

About Caloden

My name is Heather Craven and Caloden is where I park much of my personal baggage. I started the site, with more than a little help, in the fall of 2005. Up until that point I knew little of bloggers and mostly used my computer to play in Photoshop or harvest the random song. But once I started I was hooked. I like to think that by vomiting out all of my personal crap on the Internet that I am a far healthier person than I was nearly 5 years ago.
