The Queen of HGTV has given me a spot on her couch

I am currently in Kansas City at the beautiful house of the amazing Kellster Meister, a name she has informed me has worn out its welcome. Ours is a friendship that formed within days of us arriving at college as we searched for some sort of bonding in the masses of 34,998 other college students and has lasted for over 20 years. Tonight we sat and poured over photo albums that encompassed acid washed jeans, huge hair and far more of my old boyfriends than I care to remember. It is so good to sit and share the memories with a friend who has seen me vomit up bad vodka, cry over dumb guys and who has grown up with me. So glad to be here. Oh, and I guess she needs a new title. Hmmmm.

About Caloden

My name is Heather Craven and Caloden is where I park much of my personal baggage. I started the site, with more than a little help, in the fall of 2005. Up until that point I knew little of bloggers and mostly used my computer to play in Photoshop or harvest the random song. But once I started I was hooked. I like to think that by vomiting out all of my personal crap on the Internet that I am a far healthier person than I was nearly 5 years ago.
