Forty more hours until the beginning of Spring Break. That means a week free of teaching preschoolers. Yes, I’ll still have my own brood for part of that week. But I won’t have to wake to three children, go to work all day with children and come home to three kids who wonder where the hell their dinner is. Well, at least two of them. That third one still can’t be bothered to eat much of anything.

My name is Heather Craven and Caloden is where I park much of my personal baggage. I started the site, with more than a little help, in the fall of 2005. Up until that point I knew little of bloggers and mostly used my computer to play in Photoshop or harvest the random song. But once I started I was hooked.
