Even for those mothers who deny this, it is the bald headed truth. What else could we possibly do with them and not abandon them all together? I’m not naming anybody specific but if I were to incline my head in any direction, it would be towards a certain ‘tween child. The one who can make my blood boil like nothing else. I try and try but sometimes, like when we attempt a collaboration of present wrapping and she purposely cuts the paper crookedly or even rips it just to push my buttons? Oh yeah, that is a moment where I am dreaming of an East coast boarding school.
