An wee experiment

As I have mentioned from time to time, I am a full on techno tard. I have long been wanting to attached a video to a post here or at work but have been fully intimidated by the fearsome, judgmental Techno Gods who I imagine live somewhere in cyberspace. So the fact that there is something above this bit of typeage is indeed quite a feat for me. But who knew it was something so simple as clicking control+copy, the things I can figure out when I don’t have the Devon tumor attached to my neck are absolutely mind boggling.
The above snippet is something Loren has lurking out there on YouTube. He has a little collection of them out there but this is all I could find this morning. It is a compilation of some of his snowskating outings from last year. I don’t get the whole snowskating thing but it keeps him busy and, I think, keeps his creativity churning because he then makes these little videos for his film company Thin Line Films. I also like to believe it fosters a sort of recycling effort in him. For some reason he really seems to enjoy skating off of and over various bits of trash. He finds ample amounts of trashy treasures around the house, but sometimes he will spy something on the road or in an alley. He will then request that I stop the car so he can rescue this awesome bit of a “kicker” or “footer” or whatever for his tricks. His pack rat ways, I like to believe, are lessening our carbon imprint on the world.

Looks like he’s having a great time.
Good for you getting the video up. I can do it now but it was an uphill struggle, believe me.
